Dame Mary Fagan retires as Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire

Today (11th of September 2014) officially marks the retirement of Dame Mary Fagan as Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire. Dame Mary Fagan, who also acts as patron of the Winchester Excavations Committee, has held the post representing the Queen in the county for 20 years.
